An employee of the Research Institute of Crop Husbandry was elected a corresponding member of the Department of Agricultural Sciences of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences (RTEA) and was awarded the NI Vavilov Medal.

Yasin Habib oglu Karimov, an employee of the Agricultural Research Institute, Doctor of Agrarian Sciences, was awarded the NI Vavilov Medal by the decision of the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences (RANS) for his outstanding contribution to the development of biological science, genetics, selection and plant growing.

By another decision of the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences (International Union of Scientists, Teachers and Specialists), Karimov Yasin Habib oglu was unanimously elected a corresponding member of the Department of Agricultural Sciences of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences (RANS). It should be noted that the corresponding members of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences have received a doctorate and have made a significant contribution to the development of science. In addition to international scientific conferences, educational and methodical literature exhibitions, competitions and international student forums, the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences also holds RANS members' meetings twice a year. RANS members enjoy discounts on RTEA projects and publications (publication of 25 scientific journals, monographs, textbooks, organizational expenses for exhibitions, conferences, educational projects, expert and participation in the editorial boards of scientific journals of RANS).
