There was held the report election meeting of New Azerbaijan Party under land about 2015-2016 year

On 01.03.2017, there was held The report election meeting of New Azerbaijan Party under land about 2015-2016 year. In the report meeting, Vilman Valiyev, chairman of NAP, Abbas Aliyev, chief of staff took place. After electing, the work of report election meeting was declared open. Javanshir Talai, director of Research Institute of Crop Husbandry made a speech about In the current situation in 1988-1990, origin history, the object and purpose of NAP, great creative work of NAP, the role of NAP in the protection of independence of Azerbaijan.
Sevindik Dunyamaliyev, chairmano NAP in Research Institute of Crop Husbandry gave detalied information about the work done in report period in the year 2015-2016. He noted that there was held 17 buro meeting in report period, more than 18 issues have been discussed, applied to the head and upper body for acceptance of NAP. The issues was paid to attention that was interested employees of the institute and the region experiences station.
Preparatories were worked and were discussed about cereal crops, including technical plant breeding, seedage and on cultivation technology which is important for country in preparation state program and direction of implementation of the roadmap.
Then, a new board of NAP was elected by voting. From scientific employees of Institute-Rufat Mirzayev, Sevindik Dunyamaliyev expressed their opinions about report speech and the work done. They talked about difficult and hard road that passed NAP, reconstruction works of NAP. They talked for the first time the establishment of NAP in Research Institute of Crop Husbandry and about events. The report was adopted by voting. Then, Rahmina Zamanova was remembered with poem that dedicated to to the great leader. Members of NAP was elected by voting. 2 people were appointed to the conferance of NAP. V. Valiyev, chairman of NAP of Absheron district congratulated members those were elected. Then, he talked detalied about past and nowadays of NAP. He noted that when NAP was established, there was chaos, difficulties and there was arbitrariness that they were exposed to. If the intellectuals of the 90s had never invited Heydar Aliyev to lead the New Azerbaijan Party with request of people, the situation would be even more miserable. July 15, 1993 went down in history as the day of Salvation. Peace and stability is gradually began to form in Azerbaijan. Illegal armed groups have been canceled. Heydar Aliyev prepared the charter and program of NAP.
Then, Javanshir Talai, director of Research Institute of Crop Husbandry made the final speech. He noted that there are all possibilities and conditions. The staff of the Institute of Crop husbandry contributed and will contribute to the country about reconstruction work. Thus, 45 varieties of institute were patented and comprises 40-45% by cultivating in crop area of republic.At the end of report meeting, Javanshir Talai thanked and noted that: “Azerbaijan's future is in safe hands!”.
