The employee of the Research Institute of Crop Husbandry participated in the event organized by the UN FAO

On 17-20.04.2018, İslamzade Tariverdi and İslamzade Rahila, the employee of the Research Institute of Crop Husbandry participated in the event organized by the UN FAO within the framework of the project "Development of Organic Agriculture and Institutional Capacity in Azerbaijan" on "Training of Inspectors on International Organic Standards". Rafail Mahmudov, employee of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan opened the event and touched upon the importance of development of organic agriculture in Azerbaijan and wished success to participants. Then, the speech was given to Prof. Aksoy, who is a specialist in organic agriculture in Turkey. Trainings were attended by GABA, BakuAgro LLC, Seed Center, Baku Engineering University, Azerbaijan Standardization Institute, Regional Experience and Resource Center on Environmental Agriculture of ANAS, Alma Consulting and Investment LLC, and Azersun Holding. The participants have tested their experience based on the training at the Research Institute of Vegetable-growing and Absheron Subtropical Plants Station and gained positive results. The event was successfully completed and participants received international certificates.
