A training seminar was held in Agstafa district by the Research Institute of Crop Husbandry

A training seminar on "The technology of cultivation, which provides high and quality crops from the food crops (Alfalfa, sainfoin)”was held in Agstafa district by the Research Institute of Crop Husbandry.

Atif Zamanov, Deputy Director of the Research Institute of Crop Husbandry, who opened the seminar, underlined the great care shown by President Ilham Aliyev on dynamic and sustainable development of agriculture, which plays an important role in the development of the non-oil sector, an important area of the country's economy. He provided information on scientifically grounded state programs, measures taken in the field of socio-economic development of the regions, increasing the production of agriculture and its processing products, and the measures taken by the institute on further improve the scientific provision that will significantly improve the well-being of the rural population.

Elvin Mustafayev, Head of Agstafa District Agriculture Department welcomed the seminar participants and spoke about the recent development of agrarian sector in our republic and the attention and care of President Ilham Aliyev on this area. He informed about the projects implemented for the development of animal husbandry in the region in recent years and noted the importance of animal husbandry in this workshop in strengthening the feed bases.

Atif Zamanov, Deputy Director of the Research Institute of Crop Husbandry, delivered a speech on the theme "Scientific bases of the impact of cereal crops on the productivity and product quality of the plant"; Rasib Zeynalov, head of department of Research Institute of Crop Husbandry, made a presentation on the theme "Scientific bases of the impact of cereal crops on the productivity of crops and quality of crops"; Sevil Abbasquliyeva, Laboratory Director of the Research Institute of Crop Husbandry, delivered a speech on the topic "Effects of drying and storage methods of (clover and hay) on its quality and nutritional value of feed crops "; Shikar Ahmadov, Deputy Director on general works of the Research Institute of Crop Husbandry, spoke on the topic of "Technology of crop cultivation". Vugar Rahimov, Head of Agstafa AEF Department, gave detailed information on field experiments Agstafa AEF research work.
